Trading Risk Acknowledgement

1. Educational Purpose

The Currency Club provides educational programmes, training, learning resources, guided practice, market discussions, demonstrations, and related educational activities intended to support the development of trading knowledge, preparation, decision-making, discipline, risk awareness, and trading habits.

TCC does not provide personalised financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, trade execution, copy trading, managed accounts, or guarantees of trading performance.

2. Trading Involves Financial Risk

I understand that trading financial markets involves risk and may result in the partial or complete loss of trading capital.

No strategy, trading system, analytical method, risk-management approach, educational programme, trainer, facilitator, market commentary, or demonstration can eliminate trading risk.

3. Personal Responsibility

I understand that I remain solely responsible for my own trading decisions and financial consequences.

This includes responsibility for:

• deciding whether or not to trade;
• determining entry and exit decisions;
• position sizing;
• stop-loss and take-profit decisions;
• risk management;
• account funding;
• capital allocation;
• monitoring open positions; and
• deciding whether trading is appropriate for my personal circumstances.

Choosing not to trade may be an appropriate decision.

4. Personal Trading Accounts

I understand that any personal trading account I use remains under my sole ownership, responsibility, and control.

I must not provide TCC, IKEN Training and Development Services, its trainers, facilitators, staff, or other participants with my:

• account password;
• trading-platform login credentials;
• authentication codes;
• API keys;
• remote-access credentials; or
• authority to operate my account.

TCC trainers and facilitators do not place trades on my behalf or assume control of my trading account.

5. Educational Examples and Live Market Discussions

I understand that TCC programmes may use current or historical market information, charts, trade scenarios, strategies, demonstrations, or examples during educational activities.

These may resemble actual trading opportunities, particularly during live-market sessions.

I understand that such content remains educational in nature and is not an instruction, recommendation, or requirement to place a trade.

I remain responsible for independently deciding whether any action is appropriate for me.

6. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that TCC does not guarantee:

• profitable trading;
• a particular win rate;
• income or earnings;
• recovery of previous losses;
• account growth;
• financial independence; or
• any particular trading or financial outcome.

Past examples, historical market behaviour, demonstrations, simulations, or previous results do not guarantee future performance.

7. Risk Capital

I understand that I should only expose capital to trading risk after considering my own circumstances and the possibility of financial loss.

Participation in a TCC programme does not determine whether trading is suitable for me or how much capital I should place at risk.

8. Participant Acknowledgement

By accepting this Trading Risk Acknowledgement, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this document;
• I understand that trading can result in financial loss;
• I understand that TCC programmes are educational;
• I remain responsible for my own trading decisions and personal trading account;
• I understand that educational examples and live market discussions are not instructions to trade;
• I understand that TCC does not guarantee trading results or financial outcomes; and
• I voluntarily choose to participate in applicable TCC programmes with these risks and responsibilities understood.
